I read, observe, and think.

My work is rooted in understanding people, systems, and the patterns that shape how we live, relate, choose, and grow. I am drawn to complexity: how different perspectives can exist at the same time, how truth is formed and understood, and how meaning is shaped by what is seen, what is assumed, and what remains unexamined.

I write to explore, reveal, and construct.

Across books, essays, frameworks, and creative work, I examine human behavior, question assumptions, connect ideas across disciplines, and give structure to things we often recognize before we have language for them. My work moves between the analytical and the intuitive, grounded in observation, rigorous thought, and a commitment to intellectual honesty.

That work includes Unseparate Stories, Parenting by Instinct, and other evolving bodies of thought exploring human behavior, agency, character, systems, and our responsibility to one another.
